Google One's storage prices have been frozen since the 2018 launch — $1.99 for 100GB and $9.99 for 2TB, unmoved for eight years. The action is all at the top: February 2024 brought the $19.99 AI Premium tier (Gemini Advanced plus 2TB), later renamed Google AI Pro, and 2025 added the $249.99/month AI Ultra tier — a 25x spread between the cheapest and most expensive individual plan.
