Notion's sticker price looks stable — Plus has sat at $8–$10 per member since 2022 — but the real pricing story is the AI add-on shuffle. Notion AI launched in February 2023 as a separate $8–$10 subscription on top of any plan, effectively doubling the cost for AI users. In 2025 Notion folded AI into the Business tier and nudged upgrades that way, a soft hike by repackaging: the features moved up-market instead of the price moving up. Free personal use remains generous, which is exactly why Notion can keep monetizing teams harder over time.
